Here, we have a saying: Always take the stairs.
It sounds simple, but it’s really about how you move through life. Every day you’re faced with choices—some easy, some harder. Taking the stairs means intentionally choosing the option that builds you up, even when it’s inconvenient. It means rejecting the temptation of “I’ll skip it just this once,” and committing to the decisions that, over time, shape who you are. It’s not about perfection. It’s about courage, discipline, and showing up again and again until challenge becomes your new baseline.
I think you can see where I’m going with this and the parallels one can draw between this concept and physical training for life. I am passionate about helping individuals harness that drive that’s already within them and direct it toward the habit of exercise that will completely transform them from the inside out.
